1. Eligibility and Conduct

By participating and tagging yourself in a photo, you agree that:

• You are at least 12 years of age.
• You will not use the content for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
• You will not use the content to intimidate, harass, or disparage anyone.
• You will not add false, hateful, or violence-inciting content.

2. Image Rights and Removal

GIGAFANS captures audiences at public events to create a virtual experience. If you do not wish to appear in a Gigaphoto:

• Contact us via email at contact@gigafans.com.
• Send a screenshot indicating exactly where you are in the photo.
• We will digitally remove you (blurring or covering your face) within 5 business days.

3. Liability

The use of the site is entirely at your own risk. The Company and/or the event promoter may remove the Gigaphoto from the site at any time without prior notice.
